Austin’s (Self Proclaimed) Coolest Coffee Cart’s Yearly Review 😎

2025 was a wonderful year, with lots of personal growth as well as business growth for us. We wanted to hit 100% revenue growth compared to 2024, we hit 134%! We wanted to serve 2 events a month, 24 in a year, we served 58 different events!!

We hired and paid over 10 baristas to fill out events! Whereas in 2024 we had only 2 baristas fulfilling our events.

Altair saw an increase of almost 3x the number of inquiries.

Altairs website went through a major redesign and revamp in October, which helped us go from 15-25 impressions a day, to 200-300 a day by end of December!

Heres our 2025 favorite event, as well as what we learned in that year that really helped us hit these numbers, that at one point of time we would not have believed we could do.

Kendra Scott Brand Activation On Black Friday

The Moment: This 6 hour brand activation was hands down a highlight of 2025. A 6 hour service on Black Friday, at The Domain — we had a fully custom branded package with Matcha and our signature flavors. Our baristas were also in full holiday outfits, sporting a Santa suit behind the coffee cart! Everyone was happy and walking around the store with our drinks while browsing Kendra Scott’s beautiful selection of jewelry.

By The Numbers:

  • Drinks Served: ~500

  • Foot traffic: Hard to say but at least 1000 people walked in and out the store in 6 hours.

What Made It Special: The Santa serving matcha and coffee drinks with the Kendra Scott logo! It was Black Friday so handing these out in mass was awesomely fun!

  • Total Events:58 (target was 24!) 2026 Target is 112!

  • Total Attendees: 5800+ (Honestly this was an estimate, a quick scan saw lmost all of our coffee catering events had a guest count over 100, with our largest over 500)

  • Drinks: Too hard to guess, but most events everyone got atleast 1 drink, and some would get 3….)

  • Cities/Locations: 4 - San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, and Austin.

  • Popups - 11

    • In the coffee catering industry, your clients will be long term built on trust.

    • Delivering in a consistent and visible way, providing value for your client in whatever their goal is, that is your objective as a specialty coffee cart / espresso bar.

    • It’s not about just pumping out coffee, but the experience you bring to the event that leaves the client feeling like their goal was accomplished

Goals for 2026

These will be humble but ambitious goals for our business. We want to fulfill 112 event. We want our business to have >600 leads, for about a ~19% conversion rate. And we want to double our revenue again.
